Rates as of March 1st, 2023

$215 Initial Individual consultation; Individual/subsequent visits - $175 per 60-minute session, $125 per 45-minute session; $85 per 30-minute session.

$250 per 75-minute couples or family initial session, $200 for each subsequent visit.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Medicaid, Blue Cross, Aetna, UMR, United Health Care (traditional), Amerigroup, Cook Children's, and Molina are currently accepted. 

Medicare, United Health Care - AARP, Parkland Medicare, Parkland Medicaid, Cigna, and Scott & White Baylor are not accepted at this time.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

Cash, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
